Over de functie
As a Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will primarily focus on achieving the sales objectives for spare parts within the EMEA region. You will be developing and implementing marketing and sales plans, coordinating sales activities and proving sales support to original equipment manufacturers and distributors. You will improve sales by promoting and selling parts to customer businesses and meeting targets. By analysing the market feedback, competition, lost sales and customer complaints you’ll be reporting data regularly.
Work location: Your regular workplace is Almere, but hybrid working is possible within this position (60% from office, 40% from home). It may be needed to travel internationally for certain tasks.
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales plans for spare parts;
- Coordinating sales related activities across departments and support manufacturers and Distributors with promotional ideas;
- Engage with customers to discuss orders, pricing and product requirements while achieving sales targets;
- Analysing market feedback, competition and lost sales data regularly by monitoring competitor movements and reporting them on monthly basis;
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and addressing them promptly.

Wat wij vragen
- 3-5 years related working experience in account management;
- Knowledge of technical components (specifically engines/automotive) with willingness to quickly obtain business-specific knowledge;
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, preferably as a second language German, French or Dutch;
- A structured and pragmatic way of working with a flexible mindset, you have the ability you prioritize your own work so you can focus on solutions and results;
- You must have a valid Visa to work in the Netherlands (this company does not offer VISA sponsorships);
- You must live in the Netherlands within a one hour drive of Almere.
